How does it work?

Hey Readers out there!

I am trying to learn about the situation we are in. What do you know about foreclosures? What happens after one has to vacate? What does the bank do now? What happens when the property sells? What part have we still to play?

I am looking things up and being told things...some scary, much confusing. I would love your knowledge!

    I know lots, but I really think our states are very different in how things are handled.
