I ran in the biggest 10K in the world!!! And it was AWESOME!!! I'm getting there, slowly and surely, to better health!

Reflection of Joy not being Happiness:

"I had thought joy to be rather synonymous with happiness, but it seems now to be far less vulnerable than happiness.
