Valiantisms, & a Lovelyism

I need to capture some things before I forget!!!

Valiant-isms:

~ Valiant has started this week to say "TA-DAAAA" when she does something. She's especially cute with it when she scoots down the den stairs, or standing on our bed looking in the big mirror and raising her hands over her head.

~ As I said below, she has started to try and say Lovely's real name.

~ Today (though Mommy is soooooo tired and sick) all she's wanted to do is walk - either on her own in just the den, or taking my hand and going all over the house! It's so cute and great for her. She'll still pick scooting, but today the walking is really capturing her attention.

Lovelyisms:

~ This may sound rather small, but I'm starting to notice her use stairs one foot per step. She used to do 2 feet per step because she was small in stride and age. I didn't realize the pang I'd get seeing her do this....but it's another sign she's growing up - whether she has my permission or not. :)

Ok - now, to see why Val woke up from her nap she just started taking, because I wanted one too. Darn colds for both of us. time to snuggle....
