1. I managed to not go 'spending crazy' at a local craft fair I attended. It's so easy to do when everything crafty you see is so GREAT.
2. My den has stayed pretty clean. Notice I said "den". One room only. In my whole house. ONE room. Wow...break out the Small Successes Trophy - I think I just won!!!!
3. I got more caught up on my laundry this week....from 30 loads behind to maybe 3 left. Math isn't my strong point, but I think those estimates are not too dramatic...
How did you do?
Thankful Thursday
This week I am incredibly thankful for...
1. The hugs and kisses little Valiant is showering on me. When she started scooting, she was so excited to explore, I was not as "hot stuff" as I used to be when she got mobile. Now she comes by for snuggles, kisses, and hugs. It is the BEST!!!
2. Lovely showing her best sides at school. This week I keep hearing all these sweet stories from school about how kind or generous she is with others, and a good listener and I am so proud!
3. family who can step in and help me be in two places at once today at the same time! WOW!
4. Lovely's excitement her Montessori class starts today!
5. Cute, little people!
6. HUBBY!!!!
Blessings!!

Hey! Don't knock one room--it's more than I've managed lately! Be happy that one room is clean!
ReplyDeleteWow, I'm not good at maths either but 27 loads of laundry in a week... it's muuuch! good job, really!
ReplyDeleteI know how it can be with that laundry. I did six loads last Friday alone. Do the kids really need to wear clothes all the time?
ReplyDeleteActually, I often let my youngest run around in a diaper. I usually reach that point when she's been through four outfits before lunch.
Maybe I, too, could check off one clean room in the house if I stayed away from this durned computer. I'm feeling pouty about not getting help though.
ReplyDeleteI am grateful that you take the time to read small successes and comment. It truly makes my day. Thank you.
