Mommy's 1st Haircut

Well, not MY haircut...but my FIRST attempt at cutting my child's hair. I've NEVER cut hair before...ever. I'm too afraid. But...I did it...and, it isn't too bad! I have some places to fix tomorrow - but for the first try, and an angled bob look....I'll take it.

Beginners luck I'm sure. Don't ask me to do this again lol!!!

    How cute! You are one brave mama! I would have totally butchered my child's hair if I attempted something like that. I hope Gift is feeling better soon. Croup is never fun.

    Great job! I love the angled look. I've used a trimmer on the 2 older boys & DH for several years now & The Saint's isn't too difficult at this point (just a trim here & there). The Princess is tougher, though. I trim hers, but when she needs a good cut, we go to my mom (a former hairdresser).
